Welcome to the Wonderful World of Wil!
In my world, the Starbucks coffee is always flowing, music is always playing, and there are no
shortages of foolish pedestrians to mow down on the way to work.
I've finally created my first blog entry!!! Procrastination no more! At my site, you'll find only
the coolest of things (of course). I plan to create multiple categories for the blog, including topics
for programming, combat and whatever the hell else occurs to me. Currently, I also have pages for my
goals (and my thoughts about goals), some random music I like (I didn't create that uber-cool player),
some photos of my family and other cool stuff.
Fearless Fighting is now up and active. I've added
several blog postings that talk about the nitty and the gritty of real fights. The most popular by far
are my posts in "The Art Of Fighting Dirty" category. Check it out. This weekend I'm going to record a
short video that will demonstrate some of the tactics described in the posts.
My newest project is to convert my best friend's
Vegan Culinary Experience
website to an ASP.NET site, add
a few bits and pieces of cool new stuff, and slight redesign. Here's my version (not complete yet):

What about Wil?
I work for the Apollo Group as a Web Developer. The team I'm on is made up of a lot of extremely talented and
cool people. I get paid to figure out problems and try out cool new web/programming technologies. How cool is
that?
I have a few hobbies, all of which are unbelievably cool, of course. I love the game of Go, which is a 4000 year
old strategy game that originated in China. Way cool. I also like to get into some serious physical training. I'm not
much for bodybuilding - I just go for brute strength. It sort of evens out my geeky side...which takes a lot
of evening out! I read a lot, and love audio books.
My most recent favorite series are the Dresden Files and
the Twilight books. James Marsters has done the reading for several of the Dresden files, and he did an outstanding
job. The Twilight audio books were read by Ilyana Kadushin. Also a spectacular job. Don't laugh about the Twilight
books - I'll have to kick your ass (right after I get done crying over my hurt feelings).
